A huge congratulations to Centenary Heights State High School Year 10 student Oliver Murphy whose entry has been selected as this year's winning entry for the short-animated film, Alvaro and Bull in the Score It 2023 competition. Score It 2023 is Queensland's leading high school film scoring competition for young composers and students were invited to submit an original score for an animated film created by Griffith Film School students. Oliver's winning film score will now be brought to life and performed by the Queensland Conservatorium Symphony Orchestra led by Maestro Peter Morris on Friday, 22 September and Saturday, 23 September as part of the FilmHarmonic Concert, live with film. An amazing accomplishment – well done, Oliver!
