How to become a member of our P&C

Parents and carers of students enrolled at Centenary Heights State High School are invited to join the P&C Association.

6:00pm – usually the third Tuesday of each month February–November (excluding school holidays)

Complete the P&C membership application form (PDF, 125 KB) form or the P&C membership application form interactive version (PDF, 117 KB).
Return it to the main campus administration office prior to the AGM in February
Bring the application form to a scheduled General Meeting and have it ratified

Note: All memberships lapse at each Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Executive positions include president, vice president/s, treasurer and secretary.
Nominations open annually for executive positions term 4 each school year.
If you are applying for an executive position, complete the P&C office bearer's nomination form (PDF, 99 KB) or the P&C office bearers nomination form (PDF, 83 KB) interactive version and return it to the main campus office prior to the AGM.
