Snapcash allows a user in Snapchat to add debit (not credit) card details to their account and with a swipe and a tap, money can be sent to another user. As a large number of teens use debit cards, there is the worrying possibility of them sending inappropriate photos of themselves to persons unknown to them and receiving cash in return.

Please visit the Internet Safe Families website http://www.internetsafefamilies.com/2015/04/why-snapcash-is-the-most-dangerous-thing-since-snapchat/ to gain an awareness of how this app works and the potential danger it creates for young people.
