Centenary Heights students involved in construction
Congratulations to students in our Downs Group construction project who worked throughout Term 4 at Centenary Heights SHS. Under the tutelage of instructors from Downs Group Training our 15 students constructed and painted wardrobes and shelving in our Hall; tiled in one of our Amenties blocks and concreted seating adjacent to our oval. Eight full weeks of great learning in a range of trades. Genuinely preparing students for the workforce is alive and well at Centenary Heights!
2010 Term 4 will see the same program running at Centenary Heights with another fortunate 15 students working with Downs Group Training.
